The wedding ceremony will be taking place at The University of Arizona Old Main fountain at 5:00 in the afternoon, with a reception following at the Scottish Rite.
ATTIRE
We are having a theme of Vintage Hollywood, inspired by so many of the movies we love. So if you feel so inclined, please feel free to arrive in your best vintage attire. Otherwise the event will be semi-formal. Tuxes and formal dresses are not required but please avoid jeans and t-shirts. Please do keep in mind that the ceremony will be held outside in the grass. keep an eye on the temperature for the day and ladies watch out for heels that could sink too far into the grass.
FOOD
The reception will have a few appetizers followed by an Italian dinner of lasagna (meat and cheese) and salad and, after the cake cutting, dessert.
CHILDREN
There are a lot of children invited to this wedding who are family and friends so please don't feel like you have to leave the kids at home. At the reception there will be an area set aside just for the little kiddos to play with toys and other kids, and if they are tired maybe even nap.
